We love our shooters here at Retro Faith, especially when they have the look and feel of our faves from back in the day. Our friends at EastAsiaSoft have announced Rogue Sentry, a new twin stick shooter with adventure elements. It will be released to Switch, Xbox and PlayStation on October 9th 2024 and presented in a 1-bit pixel art style and set to a retro chiptune soundtrack.

Rogue Sentry is a hardcore twin-stick adventure shoot ’em up where you’ll navigate the complex inner workings of a gigantic prison fortress, face gun and laser wielding machines, pick up human survivors along the way and attempt to escape to safety before it’s too late! There are multiple endings depending on your actions in the game, different modes which add replay value and that all important pixel art.
