Retro publisher PixelHeart has a new GBC title in the works and you can already get your pre-order in. Limited to 500 copies, Tanuki Justice GBC is a new game in the Tanuki Justice series. The original title was released to PS4, Switch ans Steam and is now being reimagined for Nintendo’s classic handheld.

Tanuki Justice is an intense action game in which you play as a ninja Tanuki on a quest for revenge. Fighting wave after wave of enemies in beautifully designed retro environments. Thanks to simple yet dynamic controls, you’ll be able to pull off some incredible moves in this homage to classic arcade games.

The release will include a cart, box and colour manaual as well as a certificate and some stickers. Tanuki Justice GBC is scheduled for release in November 2025 and appears to be a demake of the original game although details are light on the ground.
