Retro-inspired adventure A Night on the Farm out now on consoles

As the spooky Halloween season approaches, our good friends over at EastAsiaSoft have a new retro-inspired horror title to get your teeth into. A Night on the Farm is a first-person adventure focused on story and exploration. You’ll uncover the mystery surrounding your crashed car and the farm’s inescapable draw.

Given the rich history of budget retro titles from EastAsiaSoft, we reckon this is a short game that drops all the filler and goes straight for the thriller, which is exactly what we want from a spooky title. It’s out now on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch priced under a fiver.

  • Interactive, first-person gameplay, focused on story and exploration.
  • Unlock doors, access computer terminals, and explore eerie environments to see just how deep the rabbit hole goes.
  • Discover fully-voiced cassette tapes, strange toys, and other optional items that flesh out the game’s lore.
  • Atmospheric lighting, particle effects, and sound design bring eerie Autumn visuals to life.
  • Lo-Fi, pixelated, early 2000’s-inspired graphics.
  • Multiple endings!
