The Castlevania Dominus Collection, a compilation of three Nintendo DS Castlevania games ported to modern formats was one of the titles announced at this week’s Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase, on which we reported earlier.

All three Castlevania titles that were released on DS are included on the Castlevania Dominus Collection. These are Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (2005). Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (2006). And Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (2008)

While the digital version of the collection was made available for Nintendo Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on the same day it was announced, there had been no indication of a physical release.

That is, until Limited Run Games announced that they would be releasing physical editions of Castlevania Dominus Collection for modern formats, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. A special collector’s edition will also be available. Pre-orders from Limited Run Games’ physical edition of Castlevania Dominus collection will open on 13th September 2024.
