Antstream unveil this week’s new games

It’s that time of the week when the lovely folk over at Antstream announce the next two titles coming to its popular retro streaming service. First up is Orebody: Binder’s Tale which has already been released on physical carts back in 2023 and then onto Steam, Switch and various other platforms. It’s a run ‘n’ gun game with Mega Man vibes that also includes upgrades as you progress.

This week’s second game is Fallen Angel, a scrolling beat ’em-up originally released for the Amiga in 1989 before being ported to various other home computers. It uses traditional mechanics from the genre and is set in London. Fallen Angel is one tough game to crack and should keep brawler fans happy for some time.

Antstream CEO Steve Cottam said. “Run and gun shooters and beat ‘em ups are staple genres for retro gamers, and each of this week’s new additions to the Antstream library brings their own ideas to the table. It is great to have Orebody: Binder’s Tale and Fallen Angel join the ever-growing library of retro games at Antstream, and I am sure they will both be popular with the players.”

This week’s challenge takes place in The Super Spy (Arcade) and is called Super Knockout! Players are challenged to simply defeat as many enemies as they can.
