Kill the Past: 25 Years of Grasshopper Manufacture is the latest book by video culturalists, Lost In Cult. It takes readers on a journey over 25 years of iconic Japanese studios Grasshopper Manufacture and SUDA51. The tome will feature behind-the-scenes stories covering the development of games such as Killler7, No More Heroes, Shadows of the Damned, and The Silver Case.

Weighing in at 400 pages, it promises to be filled with never-before-seen art, exclusive interviews, essays, and more. Lost In Cult has described the book as the “ultimate and definitive celebration” and plans to have it in readers’ hands by mid-2025.
